Join us for the Dahlgren Trail’s annual bike event – the Trailblazer! This friendly, community bike ride begins at the trailhead located at 10431 Bloomsbury Road. Google maps doesn’t always show the correct location of the trailhead. 10431 Bloomsbury Road can be located using GPS coordinates: 38.26753N 77.29842W.
This is not a bike race, but a way to get others to experience the trail from the Fredericksburg region in an organized fashion who otherwise would not sign up for a foot race. This is a family friendly bike ride with all you can eat pancakes at the finish complete with all the toppings and real maple syrup this year!
The ride turns around 4 miles later at 9274 Comorn Road and returns to the starting area, for a total of 8 miles. Anyone not wishing to ride this distance can turn around and return to the starting area at any time.
